Jason M. Miller is a 1994 graduate of Zane Trace High School.  He graduated from Ohio University in 1998 with a Bachelor Degree in English and from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2001 with a Juris Doctor.  He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is also certified in the State of Ohio as a mediator.  Mr. Miller has served for over the past two decades as a prosecuting attorney in virtually every type of court—Juvenile, Adult Felony and Municipal Court.  Hemaintains a successful civil practice, focusing on Domestic Relations, including Divorce and Custody, Property and Contract Disputes, Personal Injury and Probate and Estate Matters.  His courtroom experience is nearly unmatched with an impressive number of successful verdicts in jury trials and civil bench trials.  Mr. Miller practices law in Ross, Pike, Scioto, Pickaway, Vinton and Fayette Counties in Ohio.  He resides in Chillicothe, Ohio and is married with two daughters.
